Entrepreneurial Resources Group Adds Two Highly-Regarded Industry Experts
Strategic Business Development and International Operations Clients to Benefit
Boston, MA – October 17, 2007 - The Entrepreneurial Resources Group (ERG), a leading Boston-based firm that provides professional management services to growing and transitional companies, has announced the addition of two new partners and the opening of a Washington, D.C. office. Kathleen F. Hagan has joined the practice based in Boston and Andy Ras-Work is opening the new ERG office in Washington, D.C.

Kathleen Hagan
Kathleen Hagan brings more than 25 years in strategic business development, international marketing, technology commercialization, and entrepreneurial management to ERG. Most recently she founded and directed the Northern Ireland Technology and Development center, a Boston-based venture center for high growth technology firms from Northern Ireland expanding into the U.S. market. Her industry experience reflects emerging technology sectors including: life sciences and medical devices; energy and environment; software, communications and information technology; electronics and nanotechnology.
Kathleen has broad experience as an entrepreneur and advisor to entrepreneurs and has held leadership positions at Babson College and MIT. She has also advised the United States and foreign governments; research institutions on technology commercialization; and international economic development.
Andy Ras-Work
Andy Ras-Work adds strong operational and strategic experience involved with running complex, high growth, turn-around, and international businesses to ERG. His expertise in telecommunications, media, and technology is a strong contribution to the ERG practice. Having worked in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia, Andy has concrete contributions to bring to ERG customers especially with international linkages of their business. With a strong track record of raising investment funds with and for entrepreneurial and growth ventures, he will be a valuable resource. Other areas of focus are: Supply Chain management, E-Business, Marketing, and General Management.
